PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Drive efficiencies in the Direct Marketing process by supporting consumer and / or small business segments to drive consistent and effective operations.
•To ensure that all deliveries conform to the agreed business processes and that compliance and best practice are met at all times.
•Work with databa

Requirements:
•5+ years of experience in Databa
•Good knowledge of marketing and circulation planning preferred including understanding of key direct marketing effectiveness metrics.
•Proficient technical skills (for example, Access, SQL, etc) with ability to marketing / sales focused solutions in fast moving environment.
•Experience in databa

•Proven track record of working within a geographically
dispersed, multi-functional team. Also, proven track record of choosing and managing 3rd party vendors for business critical deliveries.
•Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organisation.
•Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Japanese / Chinese
•Other success attributes include being analytical, mature, results-oriented, meticulous, customer focused, computer literate and numerate.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively managing and setting the business direction.
