Job description
- Manage offshore transition projects and plan all espects of project development from receiving side by following Project Management global methodology
- Working closely with sending transition manager to make sure each component of call center transition is smoothly transitioned
- Manage and monitor resources, schedules and budget if necessary
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project and prepare a weekly progress report and review
- Ensure the effective timely delivery of the project and highlight/escalate any concerns
- Maintain regular update and contact with internal clients
- Ensure quality and high standards are maintained at all times
- Organize, brief and supervise the testing process

Qualifications
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience,
- Have experience of managing mid size and multiple full life cycle projects.
- Must have solid knowledge on call center operation
- Must have experience of working in a team environment.
- Have experience of motivating and communicating with individuals or group.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent organizational skills.
- Must have a very good knowledge and understanding of the theory of project management and project management tools; i.e. MS-Project or similar tools.
- Must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.
- Must have the ability to plan, monitor and resource projects.
