Job Description
* Process SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) for problem management, change management, configuration Management, service level agreement Management.
* Lead for RFP (Request for Proposal) ITSM responses, develop process/tool documentation.
* Work with Account ITSM folk for implementations.
* Participate in PMP, involved in developing test case scenarios, work with customers.

Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science or related.
* More than 3 years of working experience.
* Good verbal and written English.
* Good communication skills.
* Good knowledge of ITIL, must have related experience for at least 2 years.
