Function:Relationship Sales——Sales Support

ntroduction:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the
Japan Sales Team.This job contributes to the successful implementation of
enhancement of sales productivity in RM/TM sales Japan. And also this job
is focused on LECM (LE Customized Model) offering and Standard PC
Procurement projects for LE accounts to enhance RM sales productivity.

Responsibilities:
Execute sales related administrative work on behalf of sales.Assumed work
items are as follows:Make quotation; Consultation with sales team regarding
offering LECM configuration; FPT request and get approval;Request to create
Customer number (CPNO);Preparing for ARC, e-announcement
process;Demand/supply input for LECM.

Requirements:
1. For manager 5-8 years/For group leader 3-4 experience in sales
field;Highly regarded the experience as sales support.
2. There are no specific business experiences / skills. At least it is
required to know/understand business models and terminology.
3. Work effectively with all levels and functions within the sales
team;Ability to summarize effectively and provide clear, crisp written and
spoken communications;Fluent in Japanese oral and written.
4. Microsoft Office (Excel);Experience with Lotus Notes highly
regarded;mySAP CRM;Other Japan unique legacy systems:SAP, eMax
(Odyssey);MAX applications on Domino;FPT and TOPACS.
