Job Responsibilities:
1. Find out the best Supplier for new components and out sourcing for sister-companies for the purpose of product cost reduction, satisfying in the same time engineering and quality requirements.
2. Follow the Purchasing Request received from all departments, starting timely the sourcing activity and purchase with due support from relevant dept.
3. Verify quotations from Suppliers and / or potential suppliers, lead price negotiation, define supply prices and conditions in line with the company’s policy in regard.
4. Ensure efficiency in terms of time and cost for purchased components, defining supply share of different suppliers and monitoring the on-going status of the suppliers; supporting other dept. in commercial, logistic and quality issues.
5. Keep the company’s supplier portfolio updated; evaluate supplier’s performance by periodical “vendor rating”.
6. Assist periodical supplier audit with SQE, highlight the criticalities that might happen during the whole period of supply agreement execution and identify solutions jointly with related dept.

Requisites:
1. University bachelor degree holder with major in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related;
2. At least 4-5 years of relevant or similar working experience preferably in a European or American invested Company;
3. Good communication and negotiation skill;
4. Quick-reaction and problem-shooting capability;
5. Good command of English in both spoken and written;
6. Possibility to travel frequently;
7. Teamwork spirit and preparation in working under pressure;
8. Necessary computer skills.
