Job Description
 Trace the market development and propose marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
 Identify qualified dealer candidates. Develop a strong dealership network.
 Dealers’ performance monitoring and measuring.
 Support the dealers in their sales and marketing activites.
 Sales training for both dealer people and inhouse sales representatives.
 Receive train the trainer training in Europe.
 Sales team building up. Team member performance monitoring and measuring.
 Cooperate with service manager to promote parts/service sales and to provide customer satisfactory service.
 Maintain and update sales and marketing material.
 Work together with CCO for marketing budgeting and control.
 Cooperate with communication agency for PR, events and other activities.

Requirenment
 Bachelor degree by first class university.
 At least 8 years working experience and 3 years management experience
 Open minded, positive thinking, initiative and self-motivated
 Be able to travel frequently national wide and abroad
 Native mandarin and fluent English both in written and speaking
 Agriculture machinery backgroup is a must.
 German and/or Italian speaking is a plus
