PURPOSE AND objectIVES
Within Consulting, the Global Delivery Center (GDC) is a
group that provides remote consulting service to
customers. This group serves customers on a national and
international basis via tight cooperation with other local
consulting teams. This means worldwide, as well as the
delivery commitment worldwide in the fields of solution areas
including my ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM),
Customer Relation Management (CRM), Strategic Enterprise
Management (SEM) and Supplier Relation Management (SRM).

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-have an excellent degree, preferably in Engineering area
-ability to read and write in English
-ability to communicate in Japanese is preferred .

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Planning and coordination of proposal/SOW/Scope of
work/Estimate/Approach document preparation for qualified
opportunities.
- Be the liaison between various stakeholders like customer,
subsidiary, engagement and delivery teams for qualified
opportunities.
- Adherence and implementation of laid down procedures & quality
standards for deliverables.
- Manages and communicates a clear vision of the project#s
objectives, and motivates the project team to achieve them; creates
a project environment that enables peak performance by team
members.
- Mentor project teams to ensure implementation of enterprise
project management methodology, standards and processes.
- Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to project team;
review quality of work and manage integration of team members#
work; provide performance input to project team members#
functional management
- Participates in the project planning activities and manages the
execution of projects according to plan
- Proactively identifies changes in work scope and ensures
appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external
stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work
requirements, budget and timeline.
- Manages the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and
estimate to actual variance.
- Analyse risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger
events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action. Escalate
issues early about the project to account management
- Manages relationships with project stakeholders, including internal
and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and
issues in order to manage expectations
