First-time users will need to request user a ID and password. The
links has directions for making the on-line request. Your request will
be approved and your login ID and initial password will be emailed to
you. This website has been developed through the Office of Research
Development, Waste, Pesticides, and Toxics Division USEPA Region 5

The tools can be used by emergency responders (e.g., EPA On-Scene
Coordinators) and other individuals responsible for making disposal
decisions to access technical information, regulations, and guidance
to work through important disposal issues to assure safe and efficient
removal, transport and disposal of waste materials. The following
