Job description:
Quality Lead defines, develops and implements initiatives that will improve business processes. As part of a major re-engineering initiative, you'll analyze customer and process data, come up with ideas that will increase process quality, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, and in doing so you'll be a key influence in our customer-centered organization. You'll also assist in the implementation of business plans and initiatives. Participating in the management and continuous improvement of integrated Quality Management System.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Math or equivalent diploma or experience.
*Ability to advise and influence others over complex issues
*Keen awareness of customer perceptions and competitors offerings
*Solid quality relevant knowledge in IT industry (CMM/CMMI or 6-Sigma or ITSM)
*Exceptional consulting and communication skills
*3 years above Project management skills
*2 years above Quality management skills
*Research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions
*Fluency in speaking and writing in Japanese language and local language
*English skill is a value added.
