Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy communication between TI package groups and sub-cons for service support.
Engineering communication between TI package groups and sub-cons.
Resource develop, arrange and job assignment, management for TI resident representatives in subcon..
Production capacity negotiation, loading linearity arrangement and production utilization.
Planning performance indices set up and deployment.
Negotiate with sub-cons to invest for new package development per TI's roadmap request.
Provide data analysis for decision making on appropriate process or material specifications.
Per TI package group roadmap to introduce or develop right subcons from China in time.
Quality concept enhancement from whole China environment situation.
Review product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
Responsible for establish new advance process or revise the weakness process.
Knowledge on Lead free and Green component in package.
Data analysis to decision make on appropriate process or material specifications.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English, Speaking & Writing is A Must
Bachelor Degree or above
At least 3 to 5 years experience in management
Knowledgeable in Assembly, Test, Quality systems, Planning, Logistics and Finance.
Problem solving skills, strong project management ability.
Ability to make recommendation and preparation for changes which will be implemented to manufacturing from quality point of view.
