Financial Planning and Analysis Director, Greater China – Beijing
======================================
We are looking for a seasoned, savvy and energetic finance professional for the role of FP&A Manager in Beijing. In this role, which reports in to our FP&A organization in the US, you will be responsible for running all Financial Planning & Analysis for Greater China and managing a cross-functional, cross-channel FP&A team. Key responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, supporting the launch of new initiatives and taking a leadership role in defining financial and operational strategy and new processes. We are looking for independent, solution-oriented candidates who know how to use analysis to drive business action. You will gain invaluable experience in this fast-track role, which offers extensive interaction with senior-level management.

Your resume should indicate that you are a top academic performer with a wide variety of extracurricular interests and the desire to excel in everything you do. Your work history demonstrates job stability with increasing levels of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all FP&A activities for Greater China, partnering with leaders from the sales, engineering, product/marketing and G&A organizations
• Mentor and provide guidance to a team of financial and business analysts each dedicated to supporting a specific function or sales channel
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business models and plans for new regions, channels, products and programs
• Define, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends for the China management team
• Understand, analyze and model existing operational processes to recommend changes that improve overall performance and economics.
• Communicate with and present business findings and strategic recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
• BA/BS from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10-15 years financial analysis experience preferably from a leading investment bank, consulting firm, or Fortune 500 / high growth company preferred
• Demonstrated top quartile performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence; strong interest in pursuing a Finance career
• Outstanding project and people management skills; team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.
• Demonstrated strategic, cross-functional thinker; operational strategy experience preferred.
• Superior problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with management team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation writing and delivery.
